Pilot composting in your own neighborhood
Converting garden waste from your own neighborhood into good compost for the gardens of Kortenoord. In short, this is the pilot that Groen Kortenoord wants to start in the spring of 2021. We want to collect garden waste at a modest location on the edge of the neighborhood and convert it into compost for the neighborhood under the guidance of an expert compost master. The location where the garden waste (not organic waste !!) is collected is on the other side of the Nijlantsingel. Here a small wall has been erected behind which some posts have been placed as a partition. The compost piles are given a place within this. This is a pilot to test how we can organize this properly.
